Same-day delivery services are offered by iMattress and iFurniture within a 15-mile radius of participating iMattress and iFurniture during a certain window of time of placing the order. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed and may change due to availability, weather, labor issues, or other factors. Other restrictions apply. For complete delivery terms. When will I receive my order?
Imattress and Ifurniture offers same-day delivery to Miami Dade, Broward counties for in-store orders. Customers within our delivery area can request a specific delivery time frame for an additional fee.
Orders placed in the store or online are typically ready to leave our Warehouses within 48 hours of payment verification, provided the selected items are in stock.
For all orders, our delivery team will contact you to confirm your chosen delivery date. Please be available on the confirmed date to ensure timely delivery. Moreover, we will call you around 30 minutes before the delivery. To reschedule your delivery date, please contact the store at 954-505-3932.
Deliveries outside the tri-county area are scheduled as needed. We only offer free delivery to whichever shipping company the customer chooses. We are not responsible for ANY ITEMS lost or damaged by third party shipping companies.

Please keep the following in mind when picking up your order:
- Customers must provide a safe and adequate vehicle to transport their merchandise.
- Customers picking up online or in-store orders will need to present the invoice given and/or a valid photo ID at the time they pick up their merchandise. Merchandise will not be released without proper identification.
- Imattress and Ifurniture assume no responsibility for damage to furniture, auto, or other property nor for personal injury that may occur as a result of unsafe loading or assembly.
You can pick up your order during the following times:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 10AM-6PM
Thursday and Sunday: Closed
